ABOUT ME

I'm an event planner and producer. My joy, and the thread that runs through my life's work, is creating beautiful moments that feed people's souls. I've been at it since my college days, when I honed my skills as a floral designer, decorator & cooking instructor while pursuing my degree in Business, Marketing and Speech Pathology.

In my media career, most recently as NBC Bay Area television community marketing director and producer, I created countless events across the Bay Area in collaboration with a multitude of non-profit organizations. I also used my love of cooking and entertaining to secure more than $125,000 to support many organizations. I recently self-published a cultural cookbook featuring recipes, stories and wonderful photographs drawn from these same passions; Welcome Winter. Making friends with taste and traditions was released in October 2022.

I will never stop designing. Now retired from media, I offer floral and event services. I specialize in smaller events and am known by clients as an “events therapist." I'm always just a text or phone call away, often providing advice on more than flowers, food and venue but sharing an active part of the journey while developing your story. My vendors include graphic designers, fabric & lighting specialists, photographers and even make-up artists to add the finishing touches to a memorable event.
